[App Permissions]
■ Optional Permissions ■
Device ID and Call Information: This permission is required to distinguish users (device unique identifier) when receiving or rejecting news bulletins.
Wi-Fi Connection Information: This permission is required to check the Wi-Fi connection status and speed for smooth content delivery.
You can still use the service even if you do not grant the optional permissions. However, please note that some features may not function properly without the optional permissions.

※ If you are using an Android version below 6.0, you cannot individually allow optional permissions. Therefore, we recommend checking if the manufacturer of your device provides an operating system upgrade. If possible, we suggest upgrading to Android 6.0 or higher. Also, please note that even if the operating system is upgraded, the access permissions agreed upon in the existing app will not change. To reset the access permissions, you need to uninstall the app and reinstall it.
